Norie's Kitchen - Rustic Wedding Cake

The client wanted me to use fresh flowers and herbs for this. Then I made the cake board look like its a tree stump. I covered the board with fondant and indented it to have a bark like texture. Then hand-painted the bark and the tree rings.
